You assume all responsibility for testing, deploying, and maintaining the software provided.

5. No Obligation for Continuous Support: Our responsibility ends upon delivering the agreed-upon software or the conclusion of your subscription term. Any further revisions, maintenance, or updates beyond the initial scope may require a separate agreement or additional fees.

6. Third-Party Dependencies: If the software delivered through Forge relies on third-party libraries, APIs, or services, we are not responsible for their continued availability, functionality, or security. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with third-party licenses and terms.

7. Usage Responsibility: You are solely responsible for how you use, integrate, and deploy the software provided. Climactic does not assume responsibility for any business, financial, or legal consequences arising from your use of the developed software.

8. Right to Refusal: Climactic reserves the right to refuse service, cancel requests, or discontinue work on any project at our sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, cases where a request violates legal, ethical, or technical feasibility standards, or if a client fails to comply with these Terms. In such cases, any applicable refunds will be issued at Climactic's sole discretion, subject to our refund policy.
